Support Children in Yemen

Education projects and Yemen orphan care donations

Years of war have devastated Yemen’s education system and social services, leaving children without the support and security they need to build a brighter future. Many schools are in ruins or lack basic supplies, and poverty and long distances make it difficult for children to attend classes regularly. Girls face a particularly grim situation, with only one in five attending elementary school.

Countless children have lost their parents and now live on the streets or with relatives who are too poor to support them. Without outside help, these children face hunger, neglect, and hopelessness.

Beyond the physical dangers, the conflict has left children deeply traumatized, making mental health a critical issue.

How Vision Hope helps war-affected children in Yemen

  • Orphan care: We provide Yemen orphan care donations to support an orphanage, offering a safe haven, food, and education to children who have lost their parents.
  • Mental health and psychosocial care: We offer psychosocial counseling for children and parents, and we train social workers, teachers, and psychologists to expand this support in schools. We also build and maintain a pediatric department in a therapy center to provide specialized care.
  • Gender-responsive access to education: Our education projects for Yemen children are designed to give every child a chance to learn. We build and equip schools in rural areas, distribute essential school supplies, and train teachers and social workers to create a safe learning environment for every child.

Help fund a child's future with your Yemen orphan care donations.
