خلال رحلتي الأولى إلى اليمن في عام 2001، اجتمعت مع ماتياس ليبراند، وبعد عام واحد فقط، إلى جانب مجموعة من الأصدقاء قام بتأسيس منظمة رؤيا أمل الدولية. خلال السنوات الأولى، ساهمتُ في العمل مع رؤيا أمل من خلال أطروحة الدبلوم الخاصة بي حول جمع مياه الأمطار في اليمن. بعد فترة زمنية مدتها خمس سنوات حتى عام 2010، قمت بتوجيه مشاريع لصالح رؤيا أمل في اليمن وعملت أيضًا مع منظمات أخرى في ألمانيا. ولكن في عام 2021، قمت بالعودة إلى رؤيا أمل، حيث أشغل حاليًا دور المدير التنفيذي بجانب ماتياس ليبراند.

What started small more than 20 years ago has grown rapidly. Vision Hope now has implemented projects in eight countries and has about 275 staff in Jordan and Yemen, working with and for local people to bring about change.
